Hair Loss Reasons

Hair loss can be prevented in some cases. When the hair loss is caused by medications, stress, lack of proteins , or hair care can be prevented.Loss of iron also causes hair loss. Avoiding certain medications, reducing stress, getting adequate proteins and iron in the diet, and using non damaging hairstyles would reduce hair loss or prevent hairloss. But if the hair loss is due to heridetry, the inherited hair loss can not be prevented as a general case.
Hair loss can occur as thinning, in which you may not notice hair falling out, or as shedding, in which clumps and clums of hair fall out.
In the most common type of hair loss, inherited hair loss , men lose hair on the front hairline and forehead and on top of the head. Women with this condition typically have gradual thinning throughout the scalp. Other causes of hair loss may also show different patterns. conditions such as trichotillomania that is compulsively pulling at the hair or alopecia areata that is the immune system attack on hair follicles, result in obvious patches of hair loss, while stress and some medications result in clumps of hair falling out.The worry about the hair loss is genuine, because hair is an important part of appearance, hair loss can also result in loss of self-esteem and feeling unattractive, especially in women and teens.
