Meditation for hair growth

Our hair needs protien to grow healthy and shiney.97% of our hairs is protein,. So having highly protien rich diet is very necessary. Damaged hair indicates poor nutrition.
Vitamins for healthy hairs  : B vitamin helps hair growth , A vitamin gives shine. E vitamin makes the hair thick and glossy.
Zinc helps the hair to grow and strengthens the hair shaft. Silicon is another mineral that forms cross-links with the Keratin in the hair and copper helps decide color pigment, its deficiency leads to gray hair. Unlike skin, hair cannot repair itself, but damaged hair is replaced with new hair.
Exercise and massaging help to reduce the accumulated tension in the scalp and reduces hair loss.
